From New York City: I-91 north to Rt-178/Park Ave. (exit 36). Turn right on Park Ave. (Rt-178 East). Proceed east to the end of Rt-178 and turn left on Rt-159 North (Windsor Avenue). Proceed north on Rt-159 (Windsor Ave.) approx. 0.25 mile to Island Road (at the bottom of the hill). Turn right on Island Rd. and proceed east a short distance to rink on the right (just past the railroad tracks).

From Providence: US-6 to I-295 North to US-6 West to I-395 South to Rt-2 West. Proceed west on Rt-2 to I-91 North. Proceed north on I-91 to Park Ave./Rt-178 (exit 36). Take I91 North to Exit 37 - Bloomfield Ave./ Rte. 305. Turn right off the exit (left from I91 South) and take your 1st right onto Cook Hill Road follow to the stop sign.
